Login Troubleshooting FAQ

If you are having trouble logging in, please first verify that you have an active account on this website.  Due to recent website upgrades, only active members will have an account on this website.  If you are a past member but your membership has lapsed, you may need to create a new account.

If you know you have an active account, you may need to reset your password in order to login.  Due to system changes, all existing members will need to reset their passwords in order to log in.

If you are resetting your password and do not receive the password reset email, please check your spam folder and ensure you can receive emails from noreply@vwclub.org.  Password resets will come from this email, however this email inbox is not monitored so please do not use this email address for support.
