Bi-State VW Club’s 28th Annual Show & Shine Picnic, Empire Park, Great River Trail (on the Mississippi), Hampton (Quad Cities area) Illinois. Registration from 8:00 am to noon. Entry fee is $15.00 with proceeds going to charity. Dash plaques, swap meet and awards for Best of Bunch presented at 3:00 pm. Camping available at nearby Fisherman’s Corner. CAMPERS: Some show attendees will also enjoy a weekend of camping (Saturday-Monday, August 19-21) at Fisherman’s Corner campground, just a mile or so down the road from the show.
